Sergio, an individual with an unwavering devotion to creativity and the art of design, embarked on his artistic journey in Argentina in 1970. However, his path took a significant turn when his family relocated to Sydney, Australia, when he was just eight. His artistic passion ignited at the tender age of four when his father gifted him his very first set of colouring pencils, sparking his enduring love for capturing and recreating the intricate wonders of the world, whether on paper or in the digital realm, always with his steadfast companion, "My Mac."

During Sergio's school years, he delved into the works of renowned Australian illustrators through books, unknowingly setting the stage for a future where he would compete for jobs alongside these artists. Recognising his life's calling at a young age, he embarked on a creative journey that led him through various artistic domains, from attending the finest art schools in the country to exploring the realms of film, photography, animation, and art direction. Art remained a constant presence in his life for over 43 years.

In 2017, Sergio decided to part ways with Red Ape, a company he had founded a decade prior, which had blossomed into one of Australia's most prosperous illustration businesses, boasting offices in Australia and across Asia.

Sergio's career has taken him through diverse avenues, including stints in advertising companies, production firms, animation studios, and freelancing as a creative consultant. Today, he has transitioned into the role of an educator, sharing the valuable insights he's gathered along his path with others.
